Please note that our processing time can take up to 3-5 business days. After processing your order, you will receive a unique order number with shipment details.

Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders over 300euro (after discounts and promos are applied). Shipping and delivery updates will be sent via email once the order has shipped. Orders are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days AFTER the shipping confirmation is received and scanned by the carrier.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the item has been accepted and scanned by the carrier. Any late deliveries, customs delays etc. are out of our control and refunds will NOT be issued while orders are marked “In Transit” by the carrier.

For International orders, items will be shipped via DHL Express, 2-8 day delivery. Signature confirmation is REQUIRED on all orders. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees, taxes and duties. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
